Before my uncle was an uncle, he was a fun kid.
One time my grandma had just bought some new dishware. She was raving about how these plates where “unbreakable” as the advertisement had stated.
“unbreakable, huh?” Jiffy had asked with doubt.
“yep.”
“okay.” And with that Jiffy took a plate and tossed it across the room where it landed with crash and shattered across the floor!
Uncle Jiffy died of AIDS 11 years ago, and I never got to know him that well, but that story has made me smile.
